Customer Service Associate – SANTA FE

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree: Business Administration, Public Relations, Marketing or related
• Minimum experience: 1 year as Customer Service Associate
• Advanced English
• Availability to work 9 hours with variableschedule including weekends

Activities:

• Ensure visitor satisfaction during their stay at KidZania
• Training of employees in Customer Service
• Provide support and solution to visitor comments
• Maintain statistical control of incidents and solutions provided
• Assist and coordinate all types of visits to the Center by Investors, Business Partners and Purpose Partners
