Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for customer satisfaction in the electronics industry? We are seeking a Customer Service Team Lead to guide our Customer Service Representative team. Your main goal will be to ensure high-quality, efficient, and timely service.

What You'll Do:

• Supervise & Optimize: Oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and streamline workflows for optimal efficiency.
• Lead & Develop: Train, onboard, and mentor CSRs, identifying areas for improvement and fostering professional growth.
• Ensure Service Quality: Make sure the team consistently meets customer and sales team needs, upholding high service standards.
• Cultivate a Positive Environment: Monitor team morale, manage workplace conflicts, and promote employee retention.
• Problem Solve: Handle escalations and conduct root cause analysis to resolve complex issues.
