Business Supervisor- Call Center & Debt Collection

Location: Narvarte, Benito Juárez, Mexico City (CDMX)

Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Salary: MXN \$30,000–\$40,000 gross per month (negotiable)

Job Responsibilities:

* Oversee and support call center operations with prior experience in management.

* Provide strategic guidance, business support, and help organize meetings for the local debt collection team.

* Lead recruitment, training, team retention, and manage staffing needs.

* Supervise Human Resources, administrative, and IT teams.

Job Requirements:

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in debt collection management.

* College degree or higher.

* Proficiency in both Chinese and English is required.

* Highly motivated, with strong professional ethics and a collaborative spirit.
