- Process sales transactions accurately.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the store's products, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Handle and process customer online orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in a customer service role.
- Advanced English and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with diverse customers.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Familiarity with computer applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and resolving issues promptly.
