We are looking for a professional with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, capable of efficiently and proactively managing customer interactions. The ideal candidate should be bilingual (Spanish and English) and demonstrate fluency in both verbal and written communication in both languages.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish and English (both spoken and written).
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- Ability to handle challenging or conflict situations with a positive and professional attitude.
- Excellent active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer tools and customer management systems (CRM).
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
Job Details:
- Location: On-site work in the Guadalupe Nuevo León. Mision del Valle, area.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Salary: $25,000 MXN per month.
- Weekly payment.
- Legal benefits, including IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute).
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support efficiently, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage customer requests in both languages (Spanish and English) clearly and professionally.
- Document and follow established procedures to escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a quick and satisfactory resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
