• BACHELOR'S DEGREE
• FIVE YEARS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IN RETAIL OR ALL-CENTER OPERATION PREFERRED
• ORGANIZED WITH HIGH ATTENTION TO DETAILS
• EXCELLENT ORAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS
• BILINGUAL SPANISH AND ENGLISH REQUIRED
• COMPUTER PROFICIENCY (MS OFFICE – WORD, EXCEL AND OUTLOOK)
• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE AND MEET DEADLINES, WHILE MAINTAINING A POSITIVE ATTITUDE AND PROVIDING EXEMPLARY CUSTOMER SERVICE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• SUPPORT THE SALES TEAM WITH REAL-TIME INFORMATION AND SOLUTIONS
• TROUBLE SHOOT AND RESOLVE SALES AND CUSTOMER PROBLEMS; FIELD CALLS AND TICKETS AND RESPOND TO PRODUCT AND PRODUCTION ISSUES DAILY
• ANALYZE, ROOT-CAUSE AND PROPOSE SOLUTIONS TO RECURRING ISSUES
• ENTER ALL COMMUNICATION IN CRM
