Education and Experience requirements
? Bachelor's degree required in Engineering or Business - Master's in Business, Industrial or consulting background is a bonus
? 10+ years experience in Purchasing
? Minimum of 5 years of experience in MRO, Capex and Opex market
? Multi-cultural awareness ? Team work
? Strong presentation and communication skills in Spanish, English.
? Ability to influence and get buy-in in a "dotted-line" situation
? Understands Business needs
? Ability to trave
English level: Advanced C2
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
? Lead RFQs and negotiate contracts and sourcing with proactivity and knowledge
? Implement alternative Materials and seek innovation
?Support Budget process and market trends assumptions
? Implement best practices; collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and learning to fuel continuous improvement
? Working closely with operations/plants, providers and consultants to optimize spend through technical projects
