Job Summary

This role is responsible for the generation, dispatch, management, and close out of commercial facility maintenance

and repair work orders. Some of our main clients include 7-Eleven, Amazon, and Jack in the Box. Background in commercial facility maintenance and repair or similar trade coordinating

experience.

Job Responsibilities

Receive, generate, dispatch, and close out work orders

Efficient route generation for field technicians

Receipt entry into online work orders system when applicable

Data entry into client and internal online work order systems

Not to Exceed (NTE) and Quote creation for applicable work orders

Subcontractor procurement and on-boarding

Subcontractor cost verifications

Customer relations and top in class customer service

Interdepartmental communication

Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Verizon Work, Buildertrend, Corrigo, MyFSN, QuickBooks

Required Education/Experience

GED

5+ year's project coordinating or customer service experience within the construction, service, or related technical field

Previous experience with commercial C-Store or Grocery Stores is a plus

Current/prior role as a property manager or project coordinator is a plus

Advanced English
