Responsible for the implementation and execution of the residential services program based on each homeowner's preferences and needs.
Responsible for the residential services program operations, including developing and implementing policies and procedures, staffing structure, and pricing strategies.
Coordinate the responsibilities and daily duties of the residential management, housekeeping, maintenance, and IT departments.
Produce and achieve the annual budget, monitor monthly revenue and expenses, and collaborate with departmental leadership to determine the best use of the residential services resources.
Address homeowners' comments and resolve their request promptly.
Ensure personalized services are delivered based on recorded homeowner preferences.
Foster synergic relationships among the rest of operational entities within the Twin Dolphin community.
Comply with and promote Twin Dolphin's mission, values, rules, regulations, standard operating procedures, grooming standards, and confidentiality policies.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
+ 5 years of experience in luxury residential management, guest service, housekeeping, maintenance, management operations or related professional area.
+ 3 years of experience in a related director or senior leadership role.
Bachelor´s Degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field is preferred.
Must be proficient in oral and written English and Spanish.
