Responsible for all employee life cycle management globally. We support all departments and levels to achieve the company's goals by hiring, retaining and developing employees.
Talent Management
Responsible for labor relationship management. Once a candidate is offered a full-time position within the organization this area is responsible for their management. From onboarding to performance evaluation, promotion, and exit process.
Responsibilities:
- Request and collect necessary documentation from new employees, such as I-9 forms, background check authorizations, and other compliance-related documents
- Conduct background and reference checks for new employees, ensuring that they meet the organization's standards for employment
- Maintain accurate employee files and records, ensuring that they are up-to-date and in compliance with legal requirements
- Prepare and administer new hire agreements and contracts, ensuring that they are accurate and comply with legal requirements
- Coordinate training agendas for new hires and existing employees, including scheduling training sessions, tracking employee progress, and evaluating training effectiveness
- Create 1st day and last-day agendas for employees, providing a clear and comprehensive guide for their first and last days on the job
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating with the acquisition team, scheduling orientations, and communicating with new hires prior to their start date
- Create and distribute global banners for employee recognition, including welcome banners, birthday banners, promotion banners, and gift cards
- Provide support to employees with HR-related inquiries and concerns, such as questions about benefits, payroll, or company policies
- Manage SIRCE system
- Support implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and alignment with organizational goals
- Document processes, identify improvements, and update SOPs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
- Advanced Spanish and English level - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum of 1+ years experience in Employee Life Cycle Management, Benefits administration, Compensation, Compliance, Mexican labor law
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office. G Suite desired.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
