About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Indirect Buyer to join our procurement team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the sourcing and purchasing of indirect goods and services across multiple categories, including but not limited to IT, Marketing, Facilities, HR, and Professional Services. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, and drive cost efficiencies while ensuring supplier performance and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field
• "Minimum of 4 years of experience in indirect procurement or strategic sourcing
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience managing complex supplier relationships and contracts
• Proficiency in procurement tools (e.g., SAP, Ariba, Coupa) is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Fluent in English;

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for assigned indirect categories
• Manage supplier selection, negotiation, and contract execution processes
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement best practices
• Analyze spend data and prepare reports to support procurement decisions
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues as needed
