We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist to manage supplier sourcing, purchasing operations, and supply chain coordination. This role is essential to ensuring efficient material flow, cost effective procurement, and supplier performance. The ideal candidate must be highly analytical, skilled in negotiation, and capable of managing procurement tasks and long term supplier strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, International Business or a related field.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in sourcing.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and effective communication skills
• Attention to detail and compliance understanding.
• Knowledge of supply chain and procurement tools (SAP, Excel).
• Advanced English (Required)
• Availability for on site visits to suppliers.

Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate potential suppliers based on price, quality, service, and reliability.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers
• Generate and manage purchase orders for raw materials, components, and services
• Keep supplier and product information up to date in ERP systems
• Collaborate with planning, production, and logistics teams to align supply with demand
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain.
