Responsibilities:
Responsible for the implementation of the procurement plan for production and non-production materials.
Follow up the implementation of the purchase order, the delivery date, the review and settlement of the bill.
Purchasing data collation and analysis records Sort out daily procurement ledgers, contract lists, project minutes, etc., and output quarterly and annual reports with quantitative and comparative data.
Conduct market research, continuously develop high-quality suppliers, and improve the supply chain.
Handle the abnormal/return information fed back by the quality department and communicate with the supplier to deal with it in a timely manner, and urge the supplier to provide relevant rectification materials.
Visit suppliers regularly or irregularly to enhance understanding, collect relevant information on the supply chain of the supplier's industry and report in writing for company decision-making reference.
Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders.
