International Buyer – Global Manufacturing Company

A leading multinational company in the metal-mechanical manufacturing sector, with both national and international operations, is looking to hire an experienced:

International Buyer

Purpose of the Role:

To oversee the procurement of materials, goods, and services required for production processes, ensuring optimal quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery within global supply chains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end purchasing process for materials from both domestic and international suppliers.
• Confirm purchase orders through supplier-specific platforms and portals.
• Procure branded promotional items in alignment with marketing initiatives.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to expand the vendor base.
• Coordinate with finance to ensure timely invoice processing and payment.
• Handle procurement request assignments and data entry in SAP.
• Monitor and address overdue orders, delivery rescheduling, and material cancellations.
• Analyze purchasing trends and maintain a historical database of material pricing for cost optimization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Global Trade, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar procurement or supply chain role.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Proficient in SAP (MM module preferred).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
• Valid passport and U.S. visa.
• Willingness and availability to travel internationally when required.
