TRADE COMPLIANCE ANALIST

This position is responsible for ensuring the import/export operations are completed by creating Customs documents within applicable government rules and regulations and best practices, following Lutron's Standard operations procedures/policies, and logistics. This position will interface with freight forwarders, carriers, US/MX customs officers, US/MX Customs brokers.

TRADE COMPLIANCE ANALIST

requirements:

• US and MX Exports and Imports operations/regulations.
• Strong knowledge in Mexican Annex 22, 24 and 30.
• Knowledge in Free Trade Agreements Certificates and affidavits.
• Knowledge in Harmonized tariff schedule for Mexico and US.
• Experience in programs as IMMEX, PROSEC, Rule 8th applicable in Mexico.
• Prepare forms required for import/export and global logistics.
• Work with Customs brokers and Consolidation center.
• Experience in Inbond shipments procedures.
• Logistics, national and international.
• Ability to analyze data.

Key Competencies:

• Bachelor's degree, Business International, commerce, International Relations, MK, or related.
• English Proficiency (Bilingual is a plus)
• Experience of at least 4 years in similar manufacturing positions.
• MS Software, pivot tables, graphics.
• Detail and order oriented.
• Strong analytical background.
• Excellent trouble solving.
• High sense of urgency and responsibility.
• Job schedule flexibility.
