Job Summary:
The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all administrative processes within the organization, ensuring the smooth operation of the office and providing direct support to the General Manager. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in administrative management, particularly within the restaurant or hospitality industry, and will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Management:
Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure all necessary resources are available.
Coordinate and supervise office staff, ensuring proper delegation of tasks and responsibilities.
Develop and implement office policies and procedures to optimize workflows and ensure compliance with company standards.
Support to General Management:
Provide direct administrative support to the General Manager, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and preparing reports.
Assist in the preparation of budgets, reports, and other documents as required by the General Manager.
Serve as a liaison between the General Manager and other departments, ensuring clear communication and timely execution of directives.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
Collaborate with department heads to streamline operations and ensure alignment with the organization's goals.
Communication and Coordination:
Manage internal and external communications, including responding to inquiries, preparing correspondence, and handling customer interactions.
Coordinate events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistical aspects are well-organized.
Maintain positive relationships with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
•? ?Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
•? ?Minimum of 5 years of experience in office management, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
•? ?Proven ability to manage administrative processes and provide executive support.
•? ?Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail.
•? ?Proficient in office software, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•? ?Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
•? ?Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
•? ?Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards is a plus.
Preferred Experience:
