The successful candidate will manage facility staff, determine staffing levels based on client's strategic plans, review capital projects and operating budgets, create financial improvement plans, negotiate contract services, and manage multiple facilities management functions.
The role also involves acting as the primary contact for the delivery of facilities management services and resolving discrepancies with the client management team.
REQUIREMENTS:
The applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of ten years of related experience. They must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish and have experience in LATAM.
Experience in managing Corporate Offices and Data Centers is crucial.
Knowledge of architectural, electrical, and mechanical systems is required, as well as understanding leases, contracts and related documents.
