KNIPPING KUNSTSTOFFTECHNIK As a medium-sized company, we develop and produce complex technical parts and assemblies from thermoplastics and thermosets, partly in combination with metal insert technology. Our customers are well-known and prominent companies in the automotive and electrical industries who combine quality, reliability and convincing know-how with KNIPPING. At our six locations in Leingarten, Talheim, Gummersbach, Ottendorf-Okrilla, Mexico and Hungary, we now employ more than 900 people and generate a sales volume of around 140 million euros.
OBJECTIVE
Responsible for leading a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will support the development and implementation of project, pricing and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers.
Functions:
- Needs to lead the team in the plant to ensure:
- CAPEX and secondary equipment are within the project budget with no deviation
- Equipment is installed with no delay and coordinates with the manufacturing engineer the set up and internal trials, leading the manufacturing engineering, injection and painting team
- Coordinates with logistics the prototypes and pre-series build as per the program requirements defined by the Headquarter
- Coordinates all the logistics planning activities with the logistics engineer to ensure deliveries are met
- Follows up all the APQP activities as completed by Headquarter
- Has authority to initiate actions to prevent the occurrence of non-conformities related to the product, process and quality system and has the authority to stop work later on what is suspected as non-compliant product until the deficiency or conditions have been corrected.
- It has the authority to stop the process when it poses a risk to its physical integrity and/or that of others. Cumplir con la política de SHMA

- Commits to the knowledge, control and reduction of environmental aspects and impacts.
