Main Tasks:

-Lead and oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training / development, and compliance

-Drive organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives

-Manage internal policies aligned with labor laws and corporate standards

-Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits administration

-Support workforce planning and performance management processes

-Serve as a strategic partner to plant leadership on people-related matters

-Ensure compliance with Mexican labor regulations and company policies

-Coordinate with corporate HR teams on global initiatives

Desired Background

-5 years of experience in HR leadership roles within the manufacturing sector.

-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field

-Fluent English (spoken and written)

-Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

-Deep knowledge of Mexican labor law and HR best practices
