A metal-mechanic company is looking for:
Position: Human Resources Specialist
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Industrial and Systems Engineering, or a related field.
Requirement: Must hold a valid degree.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years in similar positions such as HR Coordinator, HR Specialist, or HR Generalist, preferably within the automotive, manufacturing, or metal-mechanic industry.
Position Objective:
Contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Human Resources processes, focusing on training, recruitment, and labor relations, while aligning HR strategies with the company's organizational goals.

Main Responsibilities:
a) Training
- Training needs assessment (TNA)
- Training planning and course design
- Instructor development
- Follow-up on union and administrative staff training
- Analysis of training KPIs
b) Recruitment and Selection
- Attraction and hiring of unionized and administrative personnel
- Competency-based interviews
- Participation in job fairs and institutional partnerships
- Recruitment metrics monitoring
c) Labor Relations
- Application of labor legal regulations (LFT, NOMs)
- Management of work schedules, rest days, disciplinary actions, and terminations
- Communication and negotiation with union representatives

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
