Business Project Manager

Location: Querétaro, Mexico – Hybrid scheme (3 days on-site / 2 days home office)

Description

We are looking for a Business Project Manager to lead industrial and strategic projects, ensuring end-to-end execution aligned with business goals, timelines, and budgets. This role works cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Digital & IT, and support areas within a multinational environment.

Key Requirements

• Advanced English required for communication with global teams.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing industrial projects in multinational companies.
• Proven experience with SAP implementation.
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, O365, or similar).
• Knowledge of PMI (certification is a plus) and methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or Scrum.
• Familiarity with the STEM ecosystem (engineering, technology, science, or mathematics).
• M&A integration experience is desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
• Key skills: effective communication, decision-making, problem-solving, cross-functional leadership, and ability to work under pressure.

International Mobility

• Initial training in Italy (3 to 4 weeks).
• Availability for occasional travel to the USA.
• Valid passport and USA visa required.
