Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator
Hands on expertise with CRM software
Understanding of sales performance metrics

Responsibilities
Provide top customer service, including handling customer inquiries and solving issues.
Coordinate and handle all sales related activities.
Process sales orders and ensuring they are fulfilled effectively
Collaborate with the Sales Team to develop effective strategies
Create and update sales reports for the sales team and management
Communicate important feedback from customers internally
Support the sales team with planning and managing logistics
Stay up to date with new products and features

A monthly salary based on experience. It will change based on performance and when a direct contract with biweekly pay has been offered
