Customer Service Analyst – Maquila
Location: Querétaro, Mexico
Reports to: OEM Maquila Operations Specialist
Contract Type: Temporary – 1 year, with possibility of extension depending on company needs and individual performance.

?? Academic Background- Bachelor's degree in economic-administrative areas (Business Administration, International Trade, Business, or related fields).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in maquila or manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency in SAP (transactions: MIGO, VA01, ME21N, VL02N, VF01, VF31).
- Knowledge of purchasing, billing, logistics, and customer service processes.
- Experience managing purchase orders, material entries, and coordination with suppliers.
- Familiarity with document control systems (e.g., Google Drive, SharePoint) and quality processes.
- Create and follow up on purchase orders for raw materials and finished goods for maquila operations.
- Coordinate with suppliers to confirm shipments and deliveries.
- Record goods receipts in SAP and create orders for end customers.
- Handle billing, rebilling, and issuing of credit notes.
- Maintain constant communication with customers and sales reps to ensure timely deliveries.
- Modify orders and purchase requests due to changes in price, quantity, or material.
- Update prices and costs on a quarterly basis.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and clean industry regulations.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to follow processes.
- Effective communication and customer-oriented mindset.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Teamwork and adaptability in dynamic environments.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage urgent situations.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
