Talent Acquisition Analyst (Temporary 1 year)

- Bilingual profile: Advanced English (essential for smooth communication with international clients and searching global platforms).
- Recruitment experience: Minimum 2 or 3 years of experience in attracting talent
- Technical skills:
- Recruitment techniques (sourcing, competency-based interviews, psychometric assessments).
- Experience using recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, social media).
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics and data analysis.
- Soft skills:
- Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.

What will you do?
- Proactive talent search:
- Identify and attract top candidates through various sources (databases, social media, job fairs, headhunting, etc.).
- Create customized sourcing strategies for each profile.
- Recruitment process management:
- Coordinate the entire recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Conduct initial, technical, and competency-based interviews.
- Apply psychometric assessments and assessment center techniques.
- Relationship building:
- Establish strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
- Data analysis and reporting:
- Generate periodic reports on recruitment process performance.
- Identify areas for improvement and propose actions to optimize results.
