NATIVE ENGLISH TEACHER

Position Objective:

To teach English to upper elementary and secondary school students using a constructivist approach that promotes active, meaningful, and communicative language learning. The teacher should foster student participation, critical thinking, and autonomy in a dynamic, multicultural, and respectful environment.

Position Requirements:

Academic Background:

- Bachelor's degree in English Language Teaching, Applied Linguistics, Education, Pedagogy, or related field.

- International English teaching certification (e.g., TOEFL, Cambridge, etc.)

- Preferably trained or certified in constructivist or active learning methodologies.

Experience:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English to teenagers.

- Experience in multicultural educational settings is desirable.

Languages:

- Native-level or certified C1/C2 English proficiency.

- Intermediate Spanish desirable (not mandatory).

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in didactic strategies based on the constructivist approach.

- Competence in educational technologies and digital resources.

- Ability to plan lessons aligned with international standards.
