About the team/role
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward by developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, building partnerships with restaurants in the local food industry while leading a high-performing sales team, coaching and developing them to achieve business results and contribute to the overall growth and success of our organization.
You will be responsible for designing, executing, and scaling the go to market strategy for a team of Hunters who will drive high-impact restaurant onboarding. As restaurants transition onto the platform, your team will probably evolve from a hunter model to a farmer model, focusing on long-term partner growth. This role is critical to our regional expansion and our continued leadership in the food delivery space.

- Bachelor degree or above.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, field sales leadership, or commercial operations, ideally in tech, consumer goods, retail or delivery.
- Proven track record managing large, field-based sales teams results and performance driven.
- Strategic and Data-Driven thinking and experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, or similar) and advanced Excel / Google Sheets.
- Able to bring solutions to complex problems.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence diverse stakeholders
- Motivated to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
- Resilience, agility, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
