Objective of position: The position is aimed at the immediate processing of cases relevant to quality and complaints. The results from the respective activities are to be incorporated into the maintenance and further development of product quality and the QM system in accordance with customer and standard requirements. A permanent improvement of the existing product and process quality is the main focus of the position.
Responsibilities:
Ensure product quality standards.
Ensure compliance with engineering specifications.
Control measurements related to quality issues in parts and provide resolution.
Claim handling (internal, customer).
Identify root causes and support teams in the 8D process.
Language: Advanced conversational English is essential.
Knowledge of Quality Methodologies.
Microsoft Office.
