Position: Finance Manager

Job Description:

1. Financial Planning and Management

• Develop and manage the company's annual budget, monitor execution, and make adjustments as needed.
• Prepare financial forecasts and provide strategic support for decision-making.

2. Financial Reporting and Analysis

• Responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, etc.).
• Analyze financial data to identify cost control opportunities, revenue growth strategies, and capital optimization.?

3. Cost Control and Cash Flow Management

• Oversee all financial operations of the company.
• Monitor operational expenses and implement cost-saving strategies.
• Manage banking relationships and ensure efficient use of financial resources.

4. Compliance and Cross-functional Collaboration

• Ensure compliance with all tax laws, financial regulations, and internal controls.
• Develop and optimize local financial systems (ERP, accounting software, etc.).
• Collaborate closely with the China headquarters to support other departments with financial insights and improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (ACCA or CPA certification is a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in Excel and at least one ERP system (SAP, Kingdee, etc.).
• Advanced English level, with the ability to actively participate in strategic meetings and business decisions.
