Position: Junior Finance Analyst / Accountant

Job Description:

We are looking for a junior-level finance professional to support the Finance Manager in day-to-day accounting and financial operations. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are looking to apply their academic knowledge in real-world financial processes and develop their skills in a manufacturing setting.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist with monthly closings, financial reports, and data analysis.
• Support in maintaining general ledger and preparing journal entries.
• Help manage accounts payable and receivable documentation.
• Assist with cost tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate in preparing tax documentation and compliance reports.
• Work closely with the Finance Manager on budgeting and internal control tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a finance, accounting, or administrative role (internships or part-time experience can be considered).
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Intermediate Excel skills; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Intermediate English level (reading and writing at minimum).
