Job Description:
The primary purpose of this role is to maintain direct and consistent communication with clients to reconcile account statements and ensure the timely receipt of weekly payments. This position also works closely with the sales team to verify and coordinate the most efficient and accurate billing and collection process for each client. The role is essential in maintaining healthy cash flow and strong client relationships through proactive follow-up, attention to detail, and process alignment.
Core Responsibilities & Duties:
Send weekly updated account statements to clients.
Schedule and lead meetings with clients to resolve billing or invoice issues.
Maintain and update the report of pending and new invoices daily.
Follow up on overdue and upcoming invoices, confirming payment dates.
Generate daily reports of trips ready for invoicing and request missing documents.
Issue invoices and submit them via email or client portal.
Prepare income reports in MXN and USD and share payment reports with accounting.
Request and send payment complements once payments are received.
Submit a monthly billing report with key dates to Mauricio.
Create specialized billing and commission reports for Faurecia.
Handle onboarding documentation for new clients and ensure completeness.
Coordinate required document signatures with the legal representative.
Internally verify that all trips are invoiced and paid.
Generate and obtain signatures on No Outstanding Balance letters within deadline.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or client financial operations.
Strong understanding of invoicing processes, account reconciliation, and collections.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with ERP systems (e.g., Sylectus, QuickBooks, SAP).
Ability to analyze large volumes of data and generate clear, actionable reports.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience working with client portals and navigating billing platforms.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Customer service orientation and ability to maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
