Position: Quality Manager

At Jinrong Mexico Precision Machinery, we are looking for a Quality Manager with solid experience in leading quality systems under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, direct customer interaction, and management of quality teams, lab equipment, and CMM machines.

Location: Apodaca, Nuevo León

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Position Objective:

Ensure compliance with quality standards through team leadership, customer service, problem-solving, and continuous improvement of the Quality and Environmental Management Systems (ISO 9001 & ISO 14001).

Main Responsibilities:

• Direct communication with customers to address complaints and follow up on quality requirements.
• Implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 systems.
• Supervision of internal audits and support during external audits.
• Lead and develop the quality team (in-plant and lab).
• Analysis of KPIs, non-conformities, and implementation of corrective/preventive actions.
• Use and interpretation of measurement tools (vernier, micrometer, height gauge, etc.).
• Supervise quality reports and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate training related to quality and environmental awareness.
• Collaborate with teams in China to solve quality-related issues.
• Ensure quality control in metal stamping processes and raw materials (materia prima).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or related fields).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 systems.
• Experience with CMM and GD&T.
• Skilled in handling customer audits and client communication.
• Knowledge of Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC).
• Advanced English (spoken and written).
