?? Position Objective

Coordinate and lead the strategic planning process in alignment with company policies and guidelines to ensure product availability at the right place and time, maximizing customer satisfaction.

? Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, Commercial Relations, or related field.
• Advanced English (required).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

??? Key Responsibilities

• Plan product requirements across the full catalog based on sales forecasts.
• Generate purchase orders for suppliers in Mexico and the U.S.
• Manage healthy inventory coverage (FCST vs POS vs Inventory).
• Plan and coordinate shipments between suppliers in Mexico and the Laredo warehouse to ensure complete and on-time deliveries.
• Monitor and validate production plans from various plants in Mexico.
• Coordinate transportation logistics and validate invoices from logistics providers.
• Control and optimize logistics expenses.
• Implement and monitor strategic KPIs for the planning and logistics department (Fill Rate, Back Orders, Inventory Coverage, Inventory Value).
• Provide clear visibility to the Sales and Customer Service teams on the availability of FERT/HAWA products.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the planning and logistics processes.
• Train and support the team in best practices.
