Provides business support services and assistance requiring occasional discretion and judgment. Coordinates a unique set of processes, projects, and/or services for an assigned area.
Principal Responsibilities:
Provides administrative and/or customer support in assigned area. This may include performing business support functions and related administrative tasks to support programs, research requests, projects, and analyzing data points or processes.
Reviews and/or audits documents, forms or data for appropriateness/accuracy. Initiates additional corrective action, as appropriate.
May corresponds with internal and/or external customers, using defined corporate formats and procedures, via verbal, electronic and written communications.
Maintains records and/or files for assigned area.
May also need to ensure appropriate documentation is timely and accurately entered into departmental records as required.
As assigned, prepares, collates, and distributes various reports in a timely and accurate manner.
May support or handle recurring department projects or one-time projects, as directed by supervisor.
May maintain supply inventories by checking supplies to determine inventory level, anticipating needs, placing and expediting orders and verifying receipt.
Other duties as assigned.

Work Experience:
Typically requires a minimum of five years of related experience.
Education and Certification(s):
High School Diploma or equivalent
