We are seeking a committed and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Zapopan.
This role involves handling inbound calls, with approximately 80% conducted in English, so advanced proficiency in the language is essential.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a call center environment. Knowledge of billing and/or insurance is highly desirable, as it enables more specialized support for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently in both English and Spanish.
Provide clear and empathetic solutions related to products, services, billing, or insurance.
Accurately record information in internal systems.
Meet established quality and service performance indicators.
Requirements:
Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
Minimum one year of experience in a call center.
Desirable: knowledge of billing and/or insurance.
Strong communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation and Benefits Package
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (tentatively 3 days on-site, 2 days remote)
Monthly Gross Salary: $22,000.00 MXN
