Manufacturing Process Engineer

Senior profile (5 to 10 years of proven experience in manufacturing environments)

Experience in the RF&I (radio frequency) cable industry in the aerospace sector MUST

Advanced English (conversational and written fluency) - daily use

Knowledge and application of quality criteria and tools in production environments

Soft skills: Methodical, structured and analytical person, results and continuous improvement oriented, strong character profile, able to make decisions, manage conflicts and maintain high performance standards.

Responsibilities:

Ensure that processes meet established quality standards and timelines.

Active support in the resolution of technical problems together with the teams in France and Mexico.

Maintain daily technical contact with teams in France (main source of technical knowledge).

Follow up and support the transfer process to USA.

Ensure document traceability and compliance with aerospace standards

Coordinate with local and international teams for process implementation.

Conduct a 2 weeks training in France at the beginning of the project.

Frequent travel to the USA as well (valid VISA) *Verify that you do not have any background that could deny you access.

NOTE: The contract is temporary for 6 but can be extended to longer, the location of the Engineer will be at the supplier's site located in Guadalajara.
