Lead the end-to-end marketing strategy of a highly recognized brand in Mexico, with strong focus on product innovation, brand development, and go-to-market execution for national and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the full product lifecycle, from consumer insights and product concept to market launch and post-launch tracking.
Lead 360° brand strategies across ATL, BTL, digital, and in-store channels.
Define pricing, brand architecture, product portfolio, and channel segmentation.
Partner with R&D and Operations to drive profitable and technically viable innovation.
Manage marketing budget and P&L to ensure cost-efficiency and business impact.
Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team with a focus on creativity, execution and speed-to-market.
Build strong cross-functional alignment with Sales, Trade Marketing, Innovation, Supply Chain, and General Management.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
+12 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or innovation roles in food, beverage, or FMCG companies.
Proven success in launching new products, managing category growth and repositioning established brands.
Deep understanding of Mexican consumers and emerging trends in the confectionery sector.
Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional project management skills.
Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
Monthly Salary Range: Up to $150,000 MXN net
