We´re looking for a strong and dynamic Managing Director to take the lead of our local Operating Business Unit. In this pivotal rola, you'll be the driving force behind delivering exceptional performance-from overseeing the entire order handling process to steering financial a results and optimizing daily operations.
As Managing Director, you will not only ensure alignment with GPV's global demand fulfilment framework, but also take full ownership of key financial metrics, including net sales, profitability, and cash flow. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement, sharpen our competitive edge, and shape the future of our business.

• A minimum bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, Engineering or related field, Master's degree preferred.

• At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience, ideally in a Managing Director, General Manager, or similar executive role.

• Strong background in EMS companies, witch proven success in optimizing manufacturing, supply chain , or logistics processes.

• Demonstrated strategic thinking and hands-on operational execution in complex environments.

• Proven ability to manage financial performance, improve efficiency, and drive sustainable growth.
