Job activities
-Issue and follow up purchase orders
-forecast Track and trace international shipments
-Collaborates on projects of moderate scope and complexity
-Issue Invoices Support customers with rush shipment arrangements and issue resolution Acts as a liaison between Sales
-Customer Service, Plant Operations, and Procurement
-Daily interaction with carriers to identify and resolve service issues Manage warehouse and monitor inventory
Support Activities & Collaboration:
-Additional duties as assigned by manager
Skills required
-Possesses knowledge of transportation industries, logistics operations, and shipping/receiving processes
-Strong time management skills
-Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
-Ability to work collaboratively with others as part of a team
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or other relevant software
-Good awareness skill about potential logistic failuer mode in order to prevent the problem in advance.
Qualifications
-English 90% (MUST)
-Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
-Thorough understanding of Incoterms® and customs formalities for imports and exports (preferable)
- At least 6 months experience of international logistic work(Import side is preferable)
