Bachelor's degree in economic-administrative areas (Business Administration, International Trade, Business, or related fields).
?? Experience and Knowledge
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in maquila or manufacturing environments.
Proficiency in SAP (transactions: MIGO, VA01, ME21N, VL02N, VF01, VF31).
Knowledge of purchasing, billing, logistics, and customer service processes.
Experience managing purchase orders, material entries, and coordination with suppliers.
Familiarity with document control systems (e.g., Google Drive, SharePoint) and quality processes.
?? Key Responsibilities
Create and follow up on purchase orders for raw materials and finished goods for maquila operations.
Coordinate with suppliers to confirm shipments and deliveries.
Record goods receipts in SAP and create orders for end customers.
Handle billing, rebilling, and issuing of credit notes.
Maintain constant communication with customers and sales reps to ensure timely deliveries.
Modify orders and purchase requests due to changes in price, quantity, or material.
Update prices and costs on a quarterly basis.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and clean industry regulations.
