Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Attraction team on-site in Texcoco.
This role is pivotal in driving strategic hiring initiatives and delivering outstanding recruitment experiences to both candidates and internal partners.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to craft and execute tailored recruitment strategies for current and future hiring needs.
Implement diverse sourcing approaches to attract top talent, including partnerships with recruitment agencies.
Use advanced headhunting techniques to identify and engage high-quality passive candidates.
Deliver exceptional candidate care across the screening, interview, and evaluation process.
Establish strong relationships with client groups, candidates, and HR Business Partners; communicate company culture and benefits effectively.
Analyze and present candidate pipelines, market trends, and sourcing insights to stakeholders.
Support key recruiting metrics and performance indicators in a high-volume hiring environment.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate or RPO recruiting for different roles and industries.
Expertise in advanced headhunting strategies and direct sourcing of passive candidates.
Skilled in Boolean search, market campaign execution, and sourcing tools like ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Excellent communication, presentation, and professional demeanor.
Open-minded and adaptable to change, with a willingness to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
Advanced proficiency in English. (C1-C2)
