Join a Leading Food Manufacturing Company as a Systems Engineer – Specializing in IT & OT Integration

Are you passionate about technology and industrial automation? We are looking for a Systems Engineer with expertise in both IT and OT (Operational Technology) to help ensure the smooth operation of our industrial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line support for OT systems and industrial infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with PLCs and automation equipment
• Install and maintain OT hardware (networks, sensors, devices, etc.)
• Support IT infrastructure and users across the plant (PCs, networks, telephony, printers, backups)
• Manage internal ticketing and incident tracking systems
• Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
• Manage user access and permissions (account creation, modification, and deactivation)
• Coordinate with external service providers to resolve technical issues
• Assist in the configuration and support of automation systems and field devices

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in IT/OT technical support
• Hands-on experience with PLCs and industrial automation
• Background in manufacturing or food industry environments (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, telecom, user support)
• Familiarity with SAP, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Azure
• Understanding of telecommunications and industrial networks
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) – required for technical documentation, communication, and coordination with international teams
