Boarding Agent

We are seeking a recent graduate in International Business, Foreign Trade, or Port Administration, with a strong willingness to grow in the operational and documentary aspects of the maritime-port environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in areas such as documentation, logistics, or customer service.
• Advanced conversational English for effective communication with captains and international clients.
• Strong attention to detail and skills in managing permits and customs processes.
• High customer service orientation and ability to maintain effective relationships with port authorities and vessel personnel.
• Valid driver's license and schedule flexibility, as operations may require availability outside regular hours.
• Ideally residing in Manzanillo.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish contact with the vessel upon arrival and gather key information.
• Notify port authorities of the vessel's arrival.
• Identify the captain's requirements and coordinate necessary services.
• Monitor the unloading operation and assigned terminal.
• Prepare status reports throughout the vessel's stay.
• Ensure captain satisfaction through personalized attention and service surveys.
