We are looking for an insurance administrator to support the following activities:
- Assist insurance department
- Data entry
- Upload documents to the management system and request updated certificates and policies from insurance companies.
- Provide insurance invoices to the accounts payable department and assist Specialists with policy management, maintenance, and underwriting requests.
WORK SCHEDULE:
Monday to Friday.
- Regular schedule: 10:00 to 19:00 Mexico City time.
- Daylight saving: 09:00 to 18:00 Mexico City time.
WE OFFER:

Minimum requirements
- MUST: Advanced English (written and verbal communication).
- 1-2 years of Experience in customer service and inssurance.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Conflict resolution skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and address time-sensitive issues
- Ability to manage workflow amid shifting priorities
- Adaptable and dependable with a solid attendance record
