How will you make an impact in this role?

We are looking for people who are passionate about creating unforgettable experiences in each interaction and offering the best solutions to our Card Members, based on their ability to create a unique connection with people through empathy and negotiation skills.

Being able to connect with Card Members in a professional manner, that allows you to earn the right to offer and sale unique and personalized products and services, that meet their needs and exceeds their expectations. Complying with regulations, internal metrics and goals.

Requirements:

  • Advanced Oral and Written English/Spanish communication skills
  • Schedule Flexibility to work anytime between 6:00 am - 12:00 am, including weekends. You need to cover 8-hour shift will have 2 days off per week.
  • Demonstrates the ability to adapt to constant change to meet individual and business needs
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail to anticipate the needs of our customers
  • Responds well to constructive feedback from leaders and peers, using the feedback to improve, taking ownership and responsibility for their actions
  • Navigate multiple systems and digital tools to service our customers
  • Confidence to work in a virtual and on-site environment
  • You must live in Mexico City or its Metropolitan Area.

Compensations and Benefits:

As a Customer Care professional at American Express:
