England Logistics is a 3PL with more than 500 clients and 100 years of experience in the global market. Due to our exponential growth in our Shared Services Center, we are looking for a Brokerage Operations Manager for our Querétaro office.

Description:?

· The person in this position will be responsible for training and supporting our sales teams, overseeing customer and opportunity development, ensuring compliance in carrier procurement, and driving operational execution and process improvement.

?Abilities:

?

• Deep understanding of Domestic MX Supply Chain and all OTR modes of transportation
• Ability to coach, train, and reinforce ELM's go-to-market strategies within the US-based EL sales teams
• Experience procuring and onboarding MX-based carriers and carrier partners
• History of building and maintaining carrier compliance program

Activities:

• Train and Support Sales Teams: Educate U.S.-based brokerage divisions on Mexico one-way OTR offerings (FTL & LTL), create training materials, and support ongoing coaching for sales and agent teams.
• Customer & Opportunity Development: Analyze top 25 U.S. brokerage customers to identify intra-Mexico opportunities; collaborate with National Sales to uncover new business during customer visits.
• Carrier Procurement & Compliance: Onboard and manage MX-based carriers, ensuring compliance with ELM and regulatory standards; negotiate rates and expand carrier base for current and future business needs.
• Operational Execution & Process Improvement: Manage intra-MX shipments within McLeod, implement track-and-trace capabilities, and collaborate with support teams to streamline billing and payment processes.

Important:

• 3+ years of MX Supply Chain experience with strong focus on OTR transportation
• 2+ years of management experience
• Prior Experience developing and managing carrier compliance programs
• Strong presentations skills
