Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting & selection of new talent.
- Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives
- Network through various agreed channels, database, social media
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices, lead a team to accomplish targets.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationship during the selection process. Administrate recruitment & selection for DL,IDL & Salary as needed.
- Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Experience in building talent pools in the areas of Operations & Services to shopfloor.
Required Skills & Experience
- Professional career, bachelor's degree, preferable in HR / Adm field.
- Demonstrated skills and experience in Human Resources Recruitment & Selection processes, minimum 3 years. Supervising a team is a plus.
- At least 3 years on similar duties job.
- Knowledge and skills on Microsoft Office, proficiency on Excel, Powerpoint, Social media.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Work based on people oriented, ZF Way based behaviors
- Responsibility, integrity, ethics, teamwork oriented
- English language written and spoken fluently.
