Perform research of the OE and aftermarket competitors' catalogs and components for information regarding new parts additions, and upgrades of existing parts.

Responsible for all facets of the product life cycle, to include; Outlining product detail, sourcing, new product introductions, supersessions, consolidations, re-labels and recalls; analyze new products and make recommendations.

Responsible for accuracy and completeness of application and product data in all publications.

Responsible for competitor analysis, maintaining competitor interchange data, and competitor market price analysis.

Coordinate the development of all new product programs.

Establish product and material specifications.

Responsible for the quality of products and content of sets.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technical Training, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or Equivalent experience preferred. Working knowledge of internal combustion engines, engine sealing product design and materials, engine components in general, sourcing, completion of corrective action requests and the ability to read and understand blue prints desired
