Technical Product Owner

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Technical Product Owner to join a dynamic B2C product delivery team. You will play a key role in driving the evolution of a proprietary e-commerce framework built on Salesforce Commerce Cloud, which currently supports over 60 direct-to-consumer (D2C) websites across multiple regions. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical and communication skills, a deep understanding of e-commerce technologies, and a solid background in agile product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Design and document functional architecture for scalable, maintainable, and high-performance e-commerce solutions.
• Guide the development team to ensure solutions align with business needs and follow best practices.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, balancing business value, technical feasibility, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, internal product teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment and shared goals.
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Evaluate potential solutions to business challenges and recommend optimal approaches based on feasibility and impact.
• Support quality assurance and testing to ensure deliverables meet defined requirements and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, with a focus on business analysis, functional design, or technical product ownership.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and best practices.
• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) is desirable.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and product features.
• Hands-on experience working in agile development environments.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working in international and cross-functional teams is a plus.
