Tasks
The activities as a HR Process Automation Intern involve:

• Support Process Architect in driving end-to-end process improvements for LH Group and other LGBS Customers through data analysis, ad hoc report creation, and macro creation/adjustment to streamline HRS processes
• Support Process Architect with process modeling
• Support Process Architect with Automation on HR Core data and Contract Management processes
• Elaborate eForms in HCL Leap

* All other duties as assigned or required

Requirements
The ideal HR Process Automation Intern must fulfill the following requirements:

• Currently studying a Bachelor in Computer System Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar
• Excellent command of Excel & Macros creation (advanced level)
• Excel Macros creation with Visual Basic or Phyton programming
• English intermediate language skills
• Quick learner
• Highly independent and systematic approach to work
• Analytical and conceptual mindset
• Ability to work with robust reports
• Ability to deliver high quality results / strong goal oriented
• Good communication skills
