What you will do:
Responsible to ensure that products meet the specifications established through audits; and the implementation of control techniques and failures prevention at different stages of the manufacturing process, and investigation of failures and improvement plans. Comply with the guidelines and regulations of Health, Safety and Environment
Quality Commitment:
Ensure proper and timely finished product inspection; as well as implementing methods and statistical techniques in the manufacturing process to help meet the expectations of users / customers.
How would you do it:
1. Establish functional and visual audit procedures to products, both at the stage of the process and the end (packaged product).
2. Verify that audit activities to the product are conducted effectively during the stages of the process.
3. Design, implement and monitor assurance and control quality statistical techniques, such as:
4. Statistical Process Control.
5. Basic Quality Tools.
6. Methods of control and failure prevention.
7. Analysis of yields and scrap.
8. Being a leader in organized troubleshooting.
9. Develop and coordinate implementation of the processes and products quality plans as well as its maintenance.
10. Coordinate inspections or audits of the regulatory agencies (UL, AGA, CSA, etc.) and ensure that processes and products meet the requirements agreed by these agencies.
11. Analyze and coordinate field returns and coordinate activities to implement actions to improve manufacturing processes based on feedback (customer complaints reports / corrective actions reports).
12. Coordinate information and implementation of corrective and preventive actions to reduce or avoid customer complaints.
13. Prepare information of the quality indicators daily, weekly and monthly. (Reports and Graphs).

What we look for:
- Education: Electronics Engineer / Industrial Electronics Engineer / Digital Control Electronics Engineer / Electronics and Communications Engineer / Computer Electronic Systems Engineer / Control and Computer Engineer, Mechanical Engineer / Industrial Engineer / Electromechanical Engineer or Industrial Chemical Engineer.
- Job Skills: - Service attitude, Extensive knowledge of Statistical Quality Control, Experiments Design, TQC (Total Quality Control) and JIT (Just in Time) and their application to eliminate causes - Computer Package Management - Electronic Components - quality systems, work under pressure.
- LEM behaviors.
- Experience: at least one year of experience in the manufacturing process. The experience may have been gained in Johnson Controls or another company. In the absence of the education requirements, it is required to have minimum 2 years' experience in manufacturing areas.
- Language: English needed to communicate.
